Wayne led us up the Hope Cr. trail for about 2 1/2 miles to a nice lunch spot where we ate our lunch and then we headed back to the vehicles. It started to sprinkle on us as we started back and by the time we got back to the vehicles most of us were wet. But it felt great!!
Even with the drought the wildflowers continue to put on a great show for us; several varieties we can identify and some we can't............
We will hike Thursday, 9AM at the VCPL, bring your lunch, water, raingear and a friend..........
