Wayne Moulds led us up the Farmers Cr. trail for about 2.5 miles until he found a great spot for our lunch. The wildflowers are getting started, mostly cacti at this time but the others will be coming right along.
We had a beautiful day for our outing, warm (60's) temperatures and full sun with a little wind to help us up the hills.
THERE WILL BE A HIKE THIS THURSDAY, MEETING AT 9AM; I PLAN TO HIKE UP THE CROSS CR. TRAIL FOR A WAYS AND THEN TAKE OFF ON AN OLD TRAIL HEADING FOR MILLION RES.
NEXT MONDAYS HIKE WILL ALSO MEET AT 9AM.
ALL HIKES LEAVE FROM THE VISITOR CENTER SHORTLY AFTER OUR GATHERING.........
