We hiked up the Fremont Camp/Embargo Cr. trail along Embargo Creek for about 3 miles, had our lunch, then a few of us went on up to a gravesite. Saw some new flowers as well as lots of the usual ones..........
Next week we will go to the Box Canyon area of the Rio Grande river, above Rio Grande reservoir. We will meet at Rickels Park at 8AM due to the long drive. Bring extra water as we will be out in the sunshine. We will meet the Creedites at Deep Cr. trailhead at about 830AM. Bring your lunch, extra water and a friend...............
