Wayne took one group to the top of Lake Fork Trail and I took another group up the trail from the bottom. We cleared trees, brush, made some water bars and picked up all the trash. This was our day to clear and maintain our adopted trail.
We met several hikers and they were appreciative of us clearing the trail for them. It was a great group effort and we thank all of you that participated................
Next Thursday we will try to hike from Silver pass to Railroad pass and then down past the yert to the main road; not sure how far it will be but we will be able to handle it.............meet at the VCPL at 9AM, bring a lunch, water and a friend.
