Miners Creek canyon hike

We hiked up the Miners Cr. canyon, so many beautiful scenes it was hard to select just a few.  We went up about 4 miles (some of the group) and others opted for a shorter hike.........................
I saw a bear cub, but only for a few seconds, not long enough to get a picture of him; unlike the squirrel that posed a long time for me.
If you look closely at the top of one of the aspen pictures you can see a snow bank just below the brow of the peak........great!
The picture of the leaves floating in the stream was an attempt to show the leaves, water and the bottom of the stream, it needs a little explaining to convey the imagery; A camera just can't capture all of the beauty.........

WE WILL HAVE A FULL MOON HIKE THIS THURSDAY, 6PM AT SHAW MESA, SAME PLACE AS BEFORE.  WE WILL BRING HOT DOGS, BUNS, TORTILLAS, CONDIMENTS, PLATES, CUTS, UTENSILS AND THE MAKINGS FOR S'MORES.  WE WILL HAVE HOT & COLD WATER AND HOT CHOCOLATE, CAPACCUINO MIXES FOR YOU.  SUSAN IS BRINGING CHILI FOR THE DOGS.  BRING A FOOD DISH TO SHARE, CHAIRS & FLASHLIGHT.  WE WILL PROBABLY EAT ABOUT 7ish...........
