We started at Lower Beaver CG and broke trail over to the Million Road, then up the road to the cutoff to the Boulder field. We had our lunch at the South end of the boulders and then started back. A few of us took a side trip to the Million Lake and then back to the trucks. We went about 2.5 miles in some really deep powder and it was great!!
Our moonlight outing is tonight, meet at Palisade CG at 6 PM; Wayne & Linda are going up earlier to get the campfire started. The fire is about 100 yards from the parking area.
Christy is bringing a pot of chili and some others are bringing brownies and other goodies, bring some dish to share with the group. Mary & I will bring the coffee, hot chocolate, capuccino and the tableware.
Bring a chair and a flashlight and anything else you feel is needed..........
